- Application purpose
- HealthQuarters LIS is a staff-only Laboratory Information System developed and operated by AffordaDev Software Development Service. It manages patient registration, laboratory test orders and results, X-Ray and radiology workflows, ECG processing, cashier and billing, and healthcare facility reports. Authorized users employ HealthQuarters LIS to record, review, and release diagnostic results in accordance with Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA") and issuances of the National Privacy Commission. When enabled by an administrator, HealthQuarters LIS may use Google Drive to upload and organize radiology image files in user-selected folders.
- Google Drive use
- HealthQuarters LIS requests Google Drive access so administrators can connect a Google account and store radiology image files in selected Drive folders. This integration is optional, used only for medical imaging upload and file management, subject to the DPA and our Privacy Policy, and may be disconnected at any time.
- Data privacy
- Under the DPA, patient health and medical record information processed in HealthQuarters LIS is sensitive personal information. Patient medical records are confidential and handled in line with the DPA, the DOH Patient's Bill of Rights (Administrative Order No. 147, Series of 2004), applicable Department of Health record-keeping requirements, and professional medical confidentiality rules. Laboratory workflows
Patient registration, test orders, result encoding, approvals, release, and laboratory reporting for authorized users.
Radiology & imaging
X-Ray request tracking, radiologist reading queues, findings templates, and optional Google Drive image upload when enabled.
Clinic operations
Cashier, billing, expenses, ECG modules, audit logs, and operational reports for authorized personnel.
Who uses HealthQuarters LIS
HealthQuarters LIS is for authorized users only. It is not a public patient portal. Access is limited to authorized users of the Application. Unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of patient information is prohibited.
Users sign in with issued credentials at Staff Login. Data subject rights under the DPA are described in the Privacy Policy.
